When you place an order online, your credit / debit card information is handled solely by our secure service provider SagePay. We don’t have access to your card information and simply receive a notification from SagePay to confirm payment has been made.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Any reviews that we have permission to post will only use your first name and town/county. Please advise us as any time if you wish this information to be omitted.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website. For example, we may know that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our order form, but this would not extend to anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
